持续改进清洗方法对管腔器械清洗质量的对比研究

目的比较不同清洗方法对管腔器械清洗效果的影响,探讨安全有效的管腔器械清洗流程和方法,提高清洗质量,保证灭菌效果,控制医院感染。方法根据改进的先后顺序分为5组：方法1、普通冲洗法（A组）,方法2、冲洗,全自动清洗机清洗法（B组）,方法3、冲洗,刷洗,烤箱干燥法（C组）,方法4、冲洗,刷洗,超声波清洗法（D组）,方法5、冲洗,浸泡,刷洗,超声波清洗法（E组）。每组随机清洗200件管腔器械,比较各组目测、5倍放大镜、棉签、白纱布、潜血试验、菌落数及内毒素检测合格率。结果 A、B、C、D、E组合格率目测分别为42.5%、43.5%、60.5%、97.1%、99.3%,5倍放大镜30.5%、32.0%、48.0%、95.5%、98.3%,棉签为28.5%、28.0%、46.1%、94.3%、95.5%,潜血试验为56.8%、65.0%、72.5%、92.5%、95.4%,菌落数为40.6%、42.5%、64.7%、100%、100%,内毒素分别为30.5%、37.5%、57.5%、100%、100%。结论冲洗,浸泡,刷洗,超声波清洗法比另外4种清洗法更能有效清除管腔器械上的污物;可操作性强。

Continuous Improvement of Cleaning Methods on the Luminal Equipment Cleaning Quality Comparative Study

Objective To compare the different cleaning methods on the luminal instrument cleaning effect of the lumen,safe and effective cleaning process and methods,improving the cleaning quality,ensure the sterilizing effect,control of hospital infection.Methods According to the modified sequence is divided into five groups:1,ordinary washing method(group A),method 2,flushing,automatic washing machine washing method(group B),method 3,washing,brushing,oven drying method(group C) method 4,washing,cleaning,ultrasonic cleaning method(D group),method 5,washing,soaking,washing,ultrasonic cleaning method(E group).Each random cleaning 200 lumen devices,comparing the groups of visual,5 magnification,cotton,white gauze,occult blood test,colony number and endotoxin detection qualified rate.Results A,B,C,D,E group qualified rate respectively is 42.5%,43.5% eyes,60.5%,97.1%,99.3%,30.5%,32% 5 magnification,48%,95.5%,98.3%,28.5%,28% cotton,46.1%,94.3%,95.5%,65%,occult blood test for 56.8%,72.5%,92.5%,in 95.4%,the colony number is 40.6%,42.5%,64.7%,100%,100%,30.5%,37.5%,LPS respectively 57.5%,100%,100%.Conclusion Washing,soaking,washing,ultrasonic cleaning method than the other 4 cleaning method can effectively remove the dirt on the lumen device;strong maneuverability.
