粗细毫针对坐骨神经痛患者痛阈值的影响

目的：观察粗细毫针对坐骨神经痛患者痛阈值的影响。方法：将100例患者随机分为2组,每组50例。粗针组选用直径为0.53㎜的针具;细针组选用直径为0.30㎜的针具,2组均取环跳、肾俞、承扶、委中、阳陵泉、承山、悬钟等穴,施以平补平泻。结果：粗针组、细针组治愈率分别为75.00%、65.30%;2组总有效率分别为93.75%、87.75%。粗针组疗效优于细针组（P〈0.01）。粗针组痛阈值平均上升幅度优于细针组（P〈0.01）。结论：粗、细毫针针刺治疗坐骨神经痛均能使患者痛阈值升高,改善临床症状,提高患者生活质量,粗针针刺明显优于细针针刺。

Influence of Thick-thin Filiform on Pain Threshold of Patients with Sciatica

Objective： To observe the influence of thick-thin filiform needle on pain threshold of patients with sciatica and to explore the feasibility of pain threshold as quantization standard for judging the effects of sciatica. Method： 100 patients were randomized into two groups on average. Thick needle group selected needling instrument of the diameter 0.53 mm and thin needle group needling instrument of the diameter 0.30 mm.Acupoints selection of both groups were HuanTiao, ShenShu, ChengFu, WeiZhong, YangLingQuan, ChengShan and XuartZhong, etc with uniform reinforcing-reducing method. Result： The curative rates of thick and thin needle group were 75.00% and 65.30%,total curative rates were respectively 93.75% and 87.75%. Thick needle group was superior to thin needle group （P〈0.01） and the rising range of pain threshold of thick needle group was superior to that of thin needle group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Acupuncture of thick and thin filiform needle in treating sciatica can raise pain threshold of patients, improving clinical symptoms and life quality of the patients. Acupuncture of thick filiform needle is better than thin filiform needle.
