大剂量瑞舒伐他汀对冠脉支架植入患者血脂、hs-CRP水平及急性冠脉事件发生的影响

目的:观察大剂量瑞舒伐他汀对冠脉支架植入患者血脂、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及急性冠脉事件发生的影响。方法:108例急性冠脉综合征冠脉支架植入患者,分别于术前24h开始应用瑞舒伐他汀20mg/d(A组,55例)和10mg/d(B组,53例)至术后1个月。2组常规用药一致。测定用药前后血脂、hs-CRP水平,记录术后1个月内急性心脏事件发生率。结果:A组血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和hs-CRP水平的降低幅度大于B组(t=2.294,2.933,5.545,P<0.05)。2组患者急性冠脉事件总发生率差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.105,P=0.147)。结论:大剂量瑞舒伐他汀可更有效控制冠脉支架植入患者术后的炎症反应和血脂水平。

Effect of rosuvastatin on newly coronary events,plasma lipid and hs-CRP level after coronary stenting

Aim:To investigate the effect of rosuvastatin on the newly major adverse events,plasma lipid and high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) level after coronary stenting in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods:A total of 108 ACS patients after successful stems implantation were divided into two groups.Group A(n=55) and group B(n=53) were given 20 mg/d and 10 mg/d rosuvastatin from 24 h before the implantation to one month after the implantation respectively.The levels of hs-CRP and plasma lipid were determined,and the incidence of newly coronary events was recorded.Results:The decreasing amplitude of TC,LDL-C and hs-CRP in group A was higher than those of group B(t=2.294,2.933,5.545,P<0.05).The newly coronary events incidence had no significant difference between the two groups(χ2=2.105,P=0.147).Conclusion:High-dose rosuvastatin can more effectively control plasma lipid level and inflammatory reaction of ASC patients after coronary stenting.
