黄疸型肝炎的中医用药治疗规律分析

目的：总结与探讨近年黄疸型肝炎的中医用药治疗规律。方法：通过检索CNKI、维普数据库2001—2011年关于黄疸型肝炎的治疗结果文献,筛选符合要求的文章建立数据库,对不同证型的主要症状的用药情况进行分析。结果：治疗黄疸型肝炎的中药共计60味,使用频次160味次。其中运用较多的药物为茵陈、大黄、赤芍、栀子,类别以清热药、化湿药、活血化瘀药、利水渗湿药为最多。结论：本病多因脾胃虚弱,湿邪内侵,蕴结于肝胆所致,脏腑归经以心、肝、胃、脾、胆居多。

Treatment Law of TCM with Medicine for Icteric Hepatitis

Objective： To explore and summarize the laws of TCM treatment with medicine for icteric hepatitis. Method： Literatures on therapeutic results of icteric hepatitis from 2001 to 2011 were searched in CNKI, vipbrowser database. The papers of being suitable were screened to establish a database, main symptoms and medication symptoms were analyzed for all patterns of syndromes. Result： There were 60 kinds of herbs used in treating icteric hepatitis,the frequency of usage reached to 160 kinds, among them the mostly used herbs were YinChen, DoJtu~g, chishao, as well as Zh/Zi. The mostly used categories were drugs of clearing heat, of removing dampness, activating blood to eliminate blood stasis,and diuretics to eliminate dampness. Conclusion： Icteric hepatitis was mostly caused by dampness invading internally and accumulating in liver and gallbladder owing to deficiency of spleen and stomach. The meridians in terms ofviscerae are heart, liver, stomach, spleen, and gallbladder.
