癌病的辨治体会

癌病患者的辨证与传统有所不同,应把癌病的基本病机即癌毒内伏、正气不足作为辨证的基础;益气养阴是扶正法的基本治法,温阳散寒也应重视,在运用解毒抗癌法时应慎用苦寒。同时以复法大方治疗癌病值得探索,祛邪治疗应把放化疗考虑进去,此外在癌病的治疗中应重视顾护脾胃。
