宫颈癌组织中Skp2和有丝分裂前期检查点蛋白的表达

摘    要:目的:探讨宫颈癌组织中S期激酶相关蛋白2(Skp2)及有丝分裂前期检查点(Chfr)蛋白的表达及其与宫颈癌临床病理特征的关系.方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测60例宫颈癌组织、30例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)组织及30例正常宫颈组织中Skp2和Chfr蛋白的表达.结果:宫颈癌、CIN 和正常宫颈组织中Skp2的阳性表达率分别为63.3%、30.0%和6.7%,而Chfr的阳性表达率分别为48.3%、73.3%和90.0%,组间差异均有统计学意义(χ2=28.525和16.484,P<0.001).Skp2和Chfr蛋白的表达与宫颈癌的分化程度(χ2=14.713和20.356,P<0.001)及淋巴结转移(χ2= 6.854和8.477,P=0.009和0.004)有关,而与肿瘤大小、临床分期无关.宫颈癌组织中Skp2与Chfr蛋白的表达呈负关联(rP=0.501,P<0.001).结论:Skp2和Chfr蛋白的表达与宫颈癌的发生发展有密切的关系.

Abstract:Aim:To explore the expressions of S-phase kinase-associated protein 2(Skp2) and checkpoint with FHA and ring finger(Chfr) proteins in cervical cancer as well as their relationships with clinical characteristics of cervical cancer.Methods:Skp2 and Chfr were examined with immunohistochemical technique in the specimens from 60 cases of cervical cancer,30 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and 30 cases of normal cervical tissue.Results:The positive expression rate of Skp2 protein was 63.3% in cervical cancer,30.0% in CIN,and 6.7% in normal cervix,while the positive expression rate of Chfr was 48.3% in cervical cancer,73.3% in CIN and 90.0% in normal cervix,there were obvious differences(χ2=28.525 and 16.484,P<0.001).The expressions of Skp2 and Chfr proteins were related with differentiation of tumor cells(χ2=14.713 and 20.356,P<0.001)and lymph node metastasis(χ2=6.854 and 8.477,P=0.009 and 0.004).The expression of Skp2 protein in cervical cancer was negatively associated to Chfr(rP=0.501,P<0.001).Conclusion:Skp2 and Chfr may play an important role in the development of cervical cancer.
