摘    要:Rab蛋白是GTPases的Ras超家族成员之一,与胞内蛋白在各细胞器之间的运输有关。Rab GTPases被命名为小G蛋白,已经发现的Rab蛋白有60多种。Rab蛋白通过胞吐和胞吞的方式在囊泡运输中起重要作用,活性状态下(与GTP结合时),Rab蛋白能通过特定的效应器来介导囊泡运输,本文就Rab蛋白的研究进展做一综述。

Abstract:Rab GTPases,one of the Ras superfamily members of monomeric GTPases,deal with intracellular protein trafficking between organelles.Rab GTPases are defined as small GTP-binding proteins,and there are more than 60 proteins which were defined by their similar structure,function,and guanine nucleotide binding properties.The Rabs play essential roles in various aspects of vesicular membrane transport on both the exocytic and endocytic pathways,and Rabs could mediate vesicular transportation by allowing transport carriers or vesicles to engage specific effectors in its active GTP-bound form.In this article,we review recent advance in the research of Rab GTPase.
