| 摘 要： | CD4+Th细胞激活后会分化为生物学功能不同的不同谱系辅助性T细胞。分泌IL-9的Th9细胞是新近被鉴定出的一种独立的效应Th细胞亚群,它与变态反应性疾病和自身免疫性疾病关系密切。最近研究认识到,一个复杂的细胞因子网络参与了Th9细胞的调节。本文对参与Th9细胞诱导和分化的细胞因子最新研究进展作一综述和展望。

| Abstract: | CD4+ T cells will differentiate into different lineages of helper T(Th) cells with different functions after activation.IL-9 cells-producing Th9 cells have recently been identified as a new lineage of effector Th cells,which have been proven to play a role in allergic diseases,as well as in autoimmune diseases.Recent studies indicated that Th9 differentiation is regulated by a complex cytokines network.Here,we will summarize the current knowledge on the role of cytokine in Th9 cells induction and differentiation. |
