类风湿关节炎患者关节液中HSP72水平变化与疾病活动性及炎症因子水平相关性分析

目的观察类风湿关节炎(RA)患者关节液中热休克蛋白72(HSP72)的水平变化,并对其与疾病活动性相关指标和细胞因子之间的相关性进行分析。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测RA患者和骨关节炎(OA)患者关节液中HSP72、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10的表达水平。结果活动期RA患者关节液中HSP72水平明显高于非活动期RA患者和OA对照组(P<0.01)。活动期RA患者关节液中TNF-α、IL-6的水平均高于非活动期RA患者和OA对照者(P<0.01),关节液中IL-10在各组之间无显著差异。RA患者关节液中HSP72的水平与血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、风湿因子(RF)呈正相关;RA患者关节液中HSP72的水平与关节液中TNF-α、IL-6水平呈正相关。结论关节液中HSP72可能与RA的炎症相关,与RA病情活动有关。

The change of HSP72 level in synovial fluid of active rheumatoid arthritis patients and its correlation with the expression of inflammatory cytokines

We aimed to determine HSP72 level in synovial fluid of RA patients,and explore its association with disease activities and inflammatory cytokines.We used enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) to measure the levels of HSP72,TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-10 in synovial fluid of RA patients.The results showed that the levels of HSP72 were significantly higher in active RA patients than those in osteoarthritis(OA) or inactive groups,and the level of HSP72 were correlated with the levels of RA activity associated-markers such as erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP) and rheumatoid factor(RF).Moreover,the level of HSP72 was correlated with TNF-α and IL-6 in synovial fluid of RA.All the result suggested that the increased HSP72 in synovial fluid may involve in the course of RA inflammation,and may serve as a marker of disease activity in RA.
