| 摘 要： | 笔者报道手助腹腔镜脾切除门奇断流术患者的护理体会。术前做好心理护理、皮肤及呼吸道准备,术后做好生命体征监测、疼痛护理及引流管观察,预防术后出血、肺部感染、皮下气肿及肩背部酸痛等并发症的护理。认为做好术前准备,术后预防并发症的发生,对患者术后康复十分重要。

| Abstract: | The author analyzed the nursing of patients undergoing hand-assisted l aparoscopic surgery and the experiences. Before operation, it is necessary to ma ke preparation of mental nursing, skin and respiratory tract. After operation, i t is important to enhance the monitor of vital signs, the nursing of pain and th e observation of drain in order to prevent the complication of hemorrhage, lung infection, subcutaneous venis and omalgi. It is important for the recovery of pa tients to make pre-operative preparation and prevent the complication. |
