硬化性胸椎间盘突出症的诊断与治疗

目的　探讨胸椎间盘突出症诊断和治疗的方法。方法　 13例经MRI诊断为硬化性胸椎间盘突出症 ,采用胸椎后外侧入路手术治疗。结果　 13例突出的椎间盘均存在钙化或骨化合并骨赘形成等硬化表现 ,部分相应的小关节肥厚增生。疗效 :优良 8例 ,中 2例 ,差 2例。结论　应重视硬化性胸椎间盘突出症的临床诊断 ,后外侧入路手术对于硬化性突出物的摘除及彻底减压比较适合

Diagnosis and treatment of sclerous symptomatic thoracic disc herniation

Objective To investigate the diagnosis of symptomatic thoracic disc herniation and its surgical management. Methods 13 cases of MRI proved symptomatic thoracic disc herniation (STDH) were treated surgically with posterolateral extrapleural approach. Results 13 cases of herniated discs were calcified or ossificated with osteophytes, with thickness and proliferation of lumbar facet joints. 8, 2 and 2 cases obtained excellent, improved and poor results, respectively. Conclusion The clinical diagnosis of sclerosis in thoracic disc herniation should be emphasized. Posterolateral extrapleural approach is appropriate for this type of STDH.
