北京市朝阳区安贞地区孕妇第一孕期高危因素现状调查分析

目的了解安贞地区孕妇第一孕期存在的高危因素，为围产保健工作中宣教形式和孕期课堂的内容提供科学依据。方法采用“朝阳区高危妊娠自我筛查表”和“朝阳区高危妊娠社区筛查表”，通过孕妇自我筛查和妇产科门诊医师建立《北京市母子健康档案》并进行高危筛查两种方式联合进行筛查。结果共筛查孕妇697人，其中高危孕妇131人，占总筛查人数的18．79％。在高危人群中，各高危因素所占比例依次为：高龄孕妇30．53％，体质量≥70kg14．50％，内科系统疾病合并妊娠13．74％，妊娠合并内科系统疾病9．92％，人流≥3次9．92％，乙肝病毒携带合并妊娠6．11％，双胎5．34％，不良妊娠史4．58％，剖宫产史4．58％，妊娠合并妇科疾病4．58％，传染性疾病合并妊娠3．82％，妇科疾病合并妊娠3．82％，辅助生殖技术3．05％，不良产史1．52％，妊娠早期梅毒感染0．76％，未规范产检0．76％，高度近视0．76％。结论安贞地区孕妇第一孕期主要高危因素为高龄孕妇、体质量超重及内科系统疾病合并妊娠（其中甲状腺疾病呈上升趋势，占内科系统疾病的55．56％）。

Survey analysis of risk factors for pregnant women in the first trimester -Anzhen Chaoyang District, Beijing

[ Objective ] To understand the risk factors for pregnant women in their first trimester in Anzhen area, to provide a scientific basis for the contents of the form of publicity and education services for perinatal medicine and pregnancy classroom. [ Methods ] Using ＇high-risk pregnancy self-screening table-Chaoyang District＇ and ＇ high- risk pregnancy community screening table-Chaoyang District＇ , through pregnant women self-screening and obstetrics and gynecology clinic doctor to establish 《Beijing Maternal and Child Health Files》 joint screening of high-risk screening in two ways. [ Resluts ] A total of 697 pregnant women,in which 131 people with high-risk pregnant women,take up 18.79% of the total number of screening.In high-risk pregnant women,the proportion of all risk factors as follows： 30.53% of advanced maternal age, 14.50% of weight ≥ 70kg,13.74% with medicine system disease before pregnancy, 9.92% pregnancy with medicine system diseases, 9.92% with abortion ≥ 3times, hepatitisB surface antigen positive with pregnancy-6.11%, twins-5.34%, 4.58% of adverse pregnancy history, history of cesarean section-4.58%,pregnancy with gynecological diseases-4.58%,infections diseases with pregnancy-3.82%, gynecological diseases with pregnancy- 3.82%,assisted reproductive technologies-3.05%,l.52% of adverse production history,pregnancy with syphilis infection- 0.76%,no regular pregnancy check-0.76%, high myopia-0.76%. [ Conclusions ] The major risk factors in Anzhen pregnant women are advanced maternal age, overweight and medicine system disease with pregnancy （thyroid disease shows upward trend,which takes up about 55.56% of the total medicine system disease）.
