摘    要:阴道毛滴虫呈梨形或卵圆形,虫体表面有深浅不一的皱褶。有些虫体前部较细,表面光滑;后部较粗,皱褶较深。有些虫体表面伸出丝状或形状不一的伪足。体表还可见吞饮小泡和附着于体表浅凹陷处的细菌。四根前鞭毛和一根后鞭毛分别从鞭毛周管中央发出。波动膜表面光滑,其外缘内侧有副纤维和后鞭毛贴附,波动膜和后鞭毛的末端有时不与虫体相连,呈游离状。虫体后端有轴柱伸出,有的轴柱靠近伸出端有一环形隆起,末端有一球状物。

THE SURFACE STRUCTURE OF TRICHOMONAS VAGINALIS UNDER SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPY

Abstract:Trichomonas vaginalis is pear or ovoid-shaped. On the surface of the parasites are many wrinkles scattered with small pits. Mycoplasma-like organisms appear to reside in shallow depressions of the parasite surface. The anterior portion of some parasites is thiner than the posterior portion. The surface of their anterior portion is smooth. Pseudopodia, filament-shaped or varied shaped, are extruded from some of the flagellates. Four tractella and one pulsellum emerge from the periflagellar canal. The surface of the undulating membranes is smooth. Beneath the outer margin of the undulating membrane are located the pulsellum and accessory filament. The posterior end of undulating membrane and pulsellum in some parasites are not attached to the surface of the body. The cone-like terminal segment of axostyle with a spherical end is extended in some flagellates.
