定眩方对椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕脑后循环影响

目的]探讨定眩方对椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕脑后循环椎动脉、基底动脉血流动力学的影响。方法]选择椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者60例，随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。治疗组应用定眩方，对照组应用尼莫地平注射液，分别用药一周，观察两组治疗前后椎基底动脉血流峰值变化。结果]治疗组、对照组两组治疗前后比较差异均有显著性，两组治疗前对比，治疗后对比，差异均无显著性。结论]定眩方能够显著提高椎基底动脉血流速度，增加椎基底动脉供血，对椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕有效。

Effect of Dingxuan Formula on Brain Post-circulation of Dizziness Caused by Vertebrobasilar Ischemia

Objective] To explore the effect of Dingxuan Formula on hemodynamics of vertebral and basilar artery in brain post-circulation of dizziness caused by sufficient blood supply of vertebrobasilar artery. Method] Select 60 cases of said patients and randomly divide them into 2 groups with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group take Dingxuan Formula, the control one Nimodipin Injection, one week as a course for both groups, observe the summit value changes of the blood flow of vertebrobasilar artery in both groups before and after treatment. Result] Both groups had marked difference between before and after treatment, no obvious difference between the two groups before or after treatment. Conclusion] Dingxuan Formula can increase blood speed of vertebrobasilar artery obviously, also the blood supply, effective for dizziness caused by vertebrobasilar ischemia.
