| 摘 要： | 尿酸是嘌呤代谢的终产物。研究尿酸在胰岛素抵抗为主2型糖尿病、高血压及动脉粥样硬化、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)及脑血管病变的发生发展过程中所起的作用,一直以来都是世界各国学者研究的热点。目前研究认为高尿酸血症和低尿酸血症在胰岛素抵抗为主2型糖尿病患者中是两种不同的存在形式,而体外试验及动物实验研究发现尿酸有促进炎症作用,可致血管内皮细胞功能紊乱,从而影响大血管病变的发生,发展。
