| Abstract: | The authors describe their hospital' s practices and experiences in construction of medical morality and work-style, including how to heighten the awareness of ethical mores among their staff; build up proper mechanisms for praising exemplary deeds as well as preventing and correcting undesirable practices t develop clinical practice guidelines so as to standardize appropriate resource use and measure the effectiveness of health services through defined expected therapeutic effects; and promote patient-centered physician-patient relationship and quality improvement project. |
