颈前路椎体次全切除术治疗脊髓型颈椎病

目的探讨采用颈前路椎体次全切除术治疗脊髓型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法回顾本院自2005～2008年采用颈前路椎体次全切除术治疗脊髓型颈椎病的患者42例为临床资料,随访1～3年。结果所有42例患者有效率达100%,满意率达99.5%,术后JO/A评分明显提高,无一例喉上、喉返神经损伤,无内固定物松脱、折断,无植骨不整合。结论采用颈前路椎体次全切除术治疗脊髓型颈椎病,术后效果好。

Anterior corpectomy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy

Objective To evaluate the use of anterior cervical vertebrae subtotal excision in the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy of the clinical efficacy.Methods Looking back at our hospital from 2005 to 2008 using anterior cervical vertebrae subtotal excision in the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy in patients with 42 cases of clinical data,follow-up of 1~3 years.Results All 42 patients had effective rate was 100%,satisfaction rate of 99.5%,after JO /A score was significantly increased,with no larynx,the recurrent laryngeal nerve injury,no internal fixation loose,broken,no bone graft was not integration.Conclusion The anterior cervical vertebrae subtotal excision in the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy and postoperative effect is better.
