| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨PC－1基因（K121Q）多态性对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法 采用PCR－RFLP技术分析PC－1基因多态性，采用放射免疫法检测2型糖尿病患者空腹血浆胰岛素。结果 2型糖尿病患者中Q等位基因携带者胰岛素抵抗指数（IR）明显高于KK基因型（P＜0.01）。结论 PC－1基因是一个影响2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyse the effect of PC-1 gene(K121Q) polymorphism on insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes patients.Methods PC-1 gene (K121Q) polymorphism was determined by PCR-RFLP.RIA was used to analyse fasting plasma insulin level.Result The index of insulin resitance(IR) in Q allele carrier in type 2 diabetes patients was obviously higher than that in KK genotype.Conclusion PC-1 gene is an important factor that affects insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes patients.; |
