角巩膜栗刺异物伤诊治分析

目的探讨角巩膜栗刺异物伤的临床特点,治疗方法及其临床效果。方法对71眼角巩膜栗刺异物伤采取剔出或巩膜切开摘出异物。结果巩膜异物1次摘出32眼,2次摘出16眼,3次摘出9眼,11眼经4次摘出,3眼经5次全部摘出。无眼内炎及视力改变。结论栗刺所致巩膜异物多而隐匿,采取恰当方法彻底清除异物是治疗成功的关键。

Treatment of cornea and sclera chestnut thorn foreign bodies

Objective To investigate the clinical features,therapeutic methods and outcomes of cornea and sclera foreign body of chestnut thorns. Methods The cornea and sclera foreigh bodies(chestnut thorns)in 71 cases(71 eyes)were taken out under slit-lamp microscope or with a surgical incision of the eye. Results the chestnuts thorns were taken out in one operation in 32 cases,in two operations in 13 cases,in three operations in 22 cases and in 4 operations in 14 cases.There was no eye infection or eye-sight change. Conclusion Cornea and sclera foreign body of chestnut thorns are in great number and were difficult to be found,Appropriate methods to take them out thoroughly is the key to achiving successful treatments.
