正常成人内乳淋巴结的声像图特点及意义

目的分析彩色多普勒超声对正常人内乳淋巴结的检查方法及超声表现，旨在为超声诊断乳腺癌内乳淋巴结转移提供对比依据。方法300例正常成人根据年龄及性别分为4组，彩色多普勒超声探查两侧胸骨旁第1．6肋间隙内乳淋巴结，测量其大小并计算纵横比。结果内乳淋巴结位于胸骨旁胸膜与胸内筋膜间的带状低回声疏松结缔组织内，初步确定了正常成人内乳淋巴结及所在疏松结缔组织带的超声参考值的范围，男女组之间及各年龄组间均无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论彩色多普勒超声能够较好地显示肋间隙的内乳淋巴结，为乳腺癌内乳淋巴结转移提供客观参考依据。

Ultrasonic features and significance of internal mammary lymph nodes in normal adults

Objective To explore examination methods and ultrasonic appearance of internal mammary lymph nodes in normal adults by color Doppler ultrasound, and to provide informations for diagnosis of internal mammary lymph nodes metastases by ultrasound. Methods Three hundred normal adults were enrolled in this study, and they were divided into four groups according to age and sexuality. The internal mammary lymph nodes in 1-6 intercostal space of bilateral chest bone were examined by color Doppler ultrasound, then their size were measured, and longitudinal- transverse axis ratio were calculated. Results Internal mammary lymph nodes were located in loose connective tissue between thoracic fascia and parietal pleura, which appeared girdle - shaped low level echo. The normal data of internal mammary lymph nodes and loose connective tissue were confirmed primarily. There was no significant difference in sexuality and age in different groups （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can clearly display internal mammary lymph nodes in the intercostal space, and provide objective information for diagnosis of internal mammary lymph nodes metastases in breast cancer.
