子宫黏膜下肌瘤声像图表现的探讨

目的 观察分析子宫黏膜下肌瘤的声像图特征，以提高超声对本病表现的认识。方法回顾分析了41例子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者的声像图表现特点。结果所有病例均发现官腔内有中等、低或略偏强回声，并在此回声区内发现“管状低回声”；所有病例均可清晰显示肌瘤血管、血管分支的血流图特征。结论超声诊断子宫黏膜下肌瘤符合率高，声像图特点突出，认识这些特点有助于鉴别诊断，并能指导临床治疗及观察疗效。

Analysis of Ultrasonographic Changes in the Submucous Hysteromyoma

Objective To analyse and to obserre o n the ultrasonographic changes in submucous hysteromyoma to deepen the recognizati on of the disease. Methods The ultrasonic features in 41 patients with submu cous hysteromyoma were reviewed. Results In all of these cases,the medium(or low or low-g rade)hyperechoes and hyperechoes were found in thdir uterine cavity,and the low -echoes like pipeline was found in the echo area.In all of these cases,the char acteristics of myomas and blood vessel capillaries could be shown on color blood flow image. Conclusions According to the definite sonographic feature s,ultrasonography has high diagnostic accurate rate.Recognizing these changes wi ll clearly contribute to differential diagnosis of the disease.ultrasound can gu ide the clinical treatment as well as observe the treatment effects followed up.
