| Abstract: | This paper attempts to provide a reference for TCM institutes of higher education to better conduct their career planning work for graduate students through a research on career planning grounded on investigation among 343 graduate students in respect of motives for their taking part in the entrance exams for postgraduate schools,elements critical to their choices of future career,understandings and demands for their career life as well as their vocational maturity. |
