| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨穴位按摩改善剖宫产术后腹胀、便秘的效果。方法：选择剖宫产术后产妇60例,随机分为实验组和对照组各30例,对照组每天供给产妇膳食套餐,实验组除每天供给膳食套餐外,加用穴位按摩。观察两组产妇排气及排便的时间。结果：给予穴位按摩的产妇,腹胀便秘明显改善。结论：剖宫产术后进行穴位按摩,可明显改善产妇的腹胀便秘,促进胃肠功能的恢复,且操作简单,值得临床推广。
