| 摘 要： | 目的观察复方磺胺甲唑片保留灌肠在小儿细菌性痢疾中的临床应用效果。方法采用随机数字表法将2007年6月至2009年3月细菌性痢疾患儿86例随机分为治疗组与对照组各43例,对照组患儿给予常规治疗,治疗组患儿在常规治疗的基础上,给予复方磺胺甲唑片保留灌肠。结果治疗组患儿治疗的总有效率为90.69%,对照组患儿治疗的总有效率为65.11%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论复方磺胺甲唑片保留灌肠有利于提高小儿细菌性痢疾的疗效,减轻患儿痛苦,并能减少治疗费用,且护理操作简单,安全性高,值得临床推广。
