| 摘 要： | 目的 观察苯丙氨酸二肽类化合物Y101对a-萘异硫氰酸酯致小鼠肝损伤的保护作用,探讨其保肝作用机制.方法 建立a-蔡异硫氰酸醋肝损伤模型,以肝功能和肝病理改变为判断指标,对Y101的保肝作用和退黄降酶疗效进行实验.结果 在改善肝功能的实验中,3个剂量结果均表明,与正常组相比,模型组小鼠血清中总胆红素、丙氨酸转氨移酶、天... |
