| 摘 要： | 为切实提高医院机动卫勤分队训练层次和效果,合理解决工训矛盾,本文对机动卫勤分队开展的分组封闭式集训进行回顾性分析。提出开展分组封闭集训,是合理解决工训矛盾、迅速提高卫勤分队战备基础素质的有效途径和方法。

| Abstract: | We analyzed the closed group training of tactical medical team retrospectively,and found that closed group training is an effective method to solve the contradiction between work and training and can improve the combat readiness quality of tactical medical team rapidly. |
