| 摘 要： | 目的探讨局部麻醉下低温等离子刀行鼻部手术后的进食时间,为患者术后的饮食护理提供依据.方法将58例患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,分别为32例和26例.对照组患者按常规护理,即术后2 h给予温、凉流质或半流质饮食,试验组患者术后即可进食,除进食时间外的其他护理同对照组.比较两组患者术后2 h、24 h术腔出血、疼痛、口渴、咽部不适、胃部不适、头晕等症状的发生率.结果对照组患者术后2 h疼痛、口渴及咽部不适的发生率比试验组高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后2 h其他症状及术后24 h所有项目比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论局部麻醉下鼻部低温等离子手术患者术后若病情稳定,可以提前进食,以减轻术后不适症状.
