| 摘 要： | 聘用护士的管理是军队体制编制改革后军队医院面临的一个问题,在军人护士大幅度减员、大量聘用地方护士的这种特殊时期,管理聘用护士是一个难点.本文在剖析管理聘用护士的难点的基础上,提出相应的管理方法.
