| 摘 要： | 目的通过对本院体检中心受检者的健康管理和干预,分析健康管理对疾病高危人群的健康保护及疾病防治作用和效果。方法对2007—2009年8 876位受检者体检结果进行信息化管理,监测、分析和评估,并对致病危险因素予以健康干预。结果通过健康管理,代谢异常症状及亚健康人群均得到明显控制,体检异常发生率逐年下降。结论应用健康管理系统对受检者进行健康监控和干预,可以有效的控制和降低亚健康状态和心脑血管疾病危险因素,降低患病率。
