产房风险管理探讨

目的研究风险管理在产房工作中的重要性及有效性。方法分析产房的各种风险因素,归纳总结近3年来医院产房工作中风险管理的具体措施。结果实施风险管理后,医院高危妊娠、剖宫产率、会阴侧切率、产后出血率、新生儿窒息率、围产儿死亡率、会阴切口感染率、产房工作满意度均有明显改善。结论产房的风险管理可以提高医护人员的风险防范意识及医疗护理水平,降低剖宫产率,提高产科质量,确保母婴安全,减少医疗纠纷。
