| 摘 要： | 通过观察丹参对于 Wistar大鼠胃壁创面模型的修复过程 ,探讨了生长因子 PDGF、b FGF、TGF-β的阳性表达结果对于消化器官创伤修复的作用机制 ,提示丹参一类养血活血药在此领域内具有重大的临床运用价值以及在分子生物学水平上的研究意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effects of Salvia militiorrhiza in treating wounded gastric wall tissue inWisrar rats in order to inquire its wound healing mechanism. Methods:to apply immunohistochemistry to observepositive expression of growth factors ,PDGF ,bFGF ,TGF-β. Conclusion :The results showed Salvia militiorrhiza canpromote the positive expression of PDCF,bFGF,TGF-β in recovery cells ,its mechanism may be modifying the localconcentration of growth factors. |
