| 摘 要： | 泌尿科手术后经引流导管的逆行感是院内感染的重要原因之一，我们采用对照方法对泌尿科手术后留置引流管及引流袋应用或不用大霉素冲洗，结果表明冲洗组较对照组细菌生长率明显降低，经Ｘ＾２检验有显著性差异，减少了逆行感染的发生率，此种方法简便，实用具有广泛的推广使用价值。

| Abstract: | The postoperative retrograde infection via drainage tube is one of the most important cause of iatrogenic infection after urological surgery. The postoperatively placed drainage tubes were washed by gentamycin sulfate in 50 cases with drainage bags or without drainage bags. The results were compared with controls.Our results showed that the growth rate of bacteria in irrigation group was significantly decreased as compared with that of control group and the rate of retrograde infection decreased consequently. It is concluded that this technique is practical and convenient. |
