摘    要:目的:观察脑心通治疗短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)的临床疗效。方法:将260例TIA患者随机分为2组。治疗组136例,采用脑心通胶囊治疗,对照组124例,采用阿司匹林治疗,疗程8周。主要观察6个月内TIA发作频次及临床症状改善情况和治疗前后血液流变学各项指标的变化。结果:2组6个月内随访TIA发生频次比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组各项症状与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组治疗后血液流变学各项指标均有改善,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:脑心通治疗TIA疗效显著。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of Naoxintong capsule treating transient ischemic attak(TIA).Method 260 patients with TIA were randomly divided into treatment group(n=136),which were treated by Naoxintong capsule and control group(n=124),which were treated by Asp.The therapeutic course was 8 weeks in both groups.Frequency of TIA,improvement of symptoms and indexes of hemorrheology before and after treatment were observed.Results There was no significant difference in frequency of TIA between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in symptoms between the two groups(P<0.01).There was significant difference of hemorrheology before and after treatment in both groups(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Naoxintong capsule has excellent effect in the treatment of TIA.
