经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术30例报告

对３０例严重冠心病患者进行经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术（ＰＴＣＡ），４８支冠状动脉狭窄病变中的４２支进行了有效扩张，平均扩张次数３．６＋／－２．７次／处，扩张时间６８＋／－２３秒／次，扩张压力７．４＋／－２．３ａｔｍ／次，平均狭窄程度由术前９２％减轻至１６％，狭窄完全消失的病变有３６支血管，３例发生急性冠状动脉闭塞，经植入冠状劝脉支架或采用灌注球囊低压扩张而及时获得再通。术后心绞痛、心电图缺血性ＳＴ－Ｔ

Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty: A report of 30 cases

Percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty(PTCA) was performed in 30 patients with 48 diseased vessels and 62 lesions. Effective dilatation was performed in 42 of the 48 diseased vessels and 54 of the 62 lesions, type A lesions were 15(28%); type B and C 39 (72%). The average dilatation time was 3. 6+/-2. 7,the average dilatation duration was 68+/-23 secondes and the average maxium dilatation pressure was 7. 5+/-2. 3 ATM. The average severity of the coronary artery stenosis decreased from 92% to 16%, the stenosis was disappeared completely in 38 lesions after PTCA. Eleven coronary stents were implanted with the aim of treating acute coronary occlusion in 2 cases and preventing restenosis after PTCA in 8 cases. The ischemic ST-T Changes of ECG and symptoms were improved significantly in these patients post-PTCA.
