| 摘 要： | 目的：回顾总结应用空心螺钉内固定术治疗股骨颈骨折的效果。方法：26例股骨颈骨折患在C臂监视下行2－3颗空心螺钉置入内固定术，结果：26例患术后用Garden对线指数法作复位评价，Ⅰ-Ⅱ级100％，一年手骨折愈合率96％。结论空心螺钉内固定术手创伤小，固定牢靠，生物力学合理，骨折愈合率高。

| Abstract: | Objective To report the effects of treatment of femoral neckfractures by internal fixation with cannulated screws. Methods 26 cases with femoral neck fracture were treated by internal fixation with 3 cannulated screws under c-arm x-ray observation. Results The reduction evalulated by Garden index presented Ⅰ-Ⅱ grades in all the patlients. The healing rate of the fracture was 96%. Conclusion The method of internal fixation with cannulated screws is of advantages of slight injury, reliable fixation, excellent bio-mechanics, high rate of fracture healing. |
