经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术31例体会

目的:探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的安全性和可行性。方法:回顾分析2010年5月~2011年5月上饶肿瘤医院31例经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床资料。结果:28例成功行经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术,平均时间43min;3例因暴露困难中转4孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术;1例术后3d出现胆囊窝积液,行B超引导下腹腔穿刺引流术治愈。术后随访2周~1年,无手术相关并发症,脐部切口隐藏脐凹,无可视瘢痕。结论:术前术中严格掌握适应证,由经验丰富的腹腔镜医师开展,经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术具有微创、美观等优点,安全可行,疗效确切。

Analysis of 31 Cases of Transumbilical Single Port Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Objective：To explore the security and feasibility of transumbilical single port laparoscopic cholecystectomy（TSPLC）. Methods：The clinical data of 31 patients performed TSPLC from May 2010 to May 2011 at shangrao tumor hospital were analyzed retrospeetively.Rusults：In 31 patients, 28 patients were performed TSPLC successfully with no operation complication occurred,The mean operation time was 43 rain.Other 3 patients were transferred to 4 pore LC because of blurred vision in Calot＇s triangle.One patient had gallbladder infection and was cured by abdominal paraeentesis.All patients were followed up from 2 weeks to 1 year.The wound were so small and hidden in the fovea umbilical that there was no obviously visible scars on abdominal.Conclusion：TSPLC is safe and feasible, minimally invasive and beautiful.The operation doctor should be eontroled carefully and should be experienced.
