农林高校研究生心理健康与应付方式相关研究

目的探讨农林高校研究生心理健康状况与应付方式特征及其相关性。方法采用症状自评量表、应付方式问卷对某农科高校的471名研究生进行调查分析。结果症状自评量表测评,农林高校研究生存在诸多的心理问题,单因子〉2分依次为抑郁37.4%、偏执33.1%、其他28.7%、躯体化17.2%、强迫14.0%、恐怖13.2%、人际关系敏感10.6%等;研究生使用最多的是解决问题的应付方式;不同性别、不同年级症状自评量表、应付方式问卷评分有显著性差异（P〈0.05或0.01）;相关分析和回归分析显示,心理健康与应付方式存在显著相关。结论研究生中有诸多学生存在不同的心理问题,心理健康与应付方式显著相关,应付方式对心理健康有一定的预测作用。

Association studies of mental health and coping style in post graduates of agriculture and forestry university

Objective To explore mental health status,characteristics of coping style and their correlation in postgraduates of agriculture and forestry university.Methods Investigations were conducted with the Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90)and the Coping Style Questionnaire(CSQ)in 471 postgraduates of an agricultural university.Results According to the SCL-90,the students had many psycho-problems,single factor score>2 was in turn 37.4% of depression,33.1% paranoia,28.7% others,17.2% somatization,14.0% obsession,13.2% phobias,10.6% interpersonal sensitiveness etc;the most used coping style was problem solving;there were significant differences in the scores of the SCL-90 and CSQ for inter-gender and-grade(P<0.05 or 0.01).Correlation and regression analyses showed that mental health was significantly correlated to coping style.Conclusion Many postgraduates had psycho-problems,mental health is significantly correlated to coping style and coping style has some predictor of mental health.
