神经系统副肿瘤综合征11例临床分析

目的:对神经系统副肿瘤综合征(Nps)特点进行分析,探讨可能病因。方法:对11例神经系统副肿瘤综合征患者进行回顾性分析。结果:本组临床类型有:肌无力综合征5例,周围神经病4例,椎-基底动脉供血不足1例,脊髓蛛网膜炎1例,肿瘤类型多样,以小细胞肺癌多见,其他返流有乳腺癌、卵巢癌、胃癌等。结论:神经系统副肿瘤综合征表现多种多样,最早在肿瘤确诊前0.5 a出现,免疫机制异常可能在发病中起重要作用。
