青少年腰椎间盘突出的CT诊断分析

目的探讨青少年腰椎间盘突出的CT表现。方法回顾性分析45例青少年腰椎间盘突出的临床和CT资料。结果45例中，突出部位：L4-5 23例，L5-S1 19例，L4～5和L5—S1同时发病3例；突出类型：中央型37例，旁中央型5例，椎间孔型3例；并存症：侧隐窝狭窄7例。结论CT能够直观准确地显示腰椎间盘突出及其伴随情况，为青少年腰椎间盘突出的诊断和治疗提供可靠的依据。

Analysis of CT diagnosis in the adolescent with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion

Objective To explore the CT diagnosis in the adolescent with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods The clinical data of CT examination in 45 adolescent with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion in recent 3 years were analyzed retrospectively. Results This group included, prominent positions:23 cases of L4-5 , 19 cases of L5～S1 ,3 cases of L4-5 and L5～S1 ; the type of protrusion : 37 cases of central type,5 cases of lateral type,3 cases of foramen intervertebrale type;The coexistence of disease:7 cases of lateral crypt. Conclusion CT can accurately show the lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion and accompanying circumstances to provide a reliable basis of the diagnosis and treatment for the adolescent with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.
