| 摘 要： | 目的观察瑞格列奈联合中效胰岛素(NPH)对继发性磺酰脲类药物失效的2型糖尿病疗效,探寻治疗继发性磺脲类失效的新方法。方法28例继发性磺脲类失效的2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者,停服磺脲类,改服瑞格列奈,睡前注射NPH,观察治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后血糖、HbA1c、体重指数(BM I)、低血糖发生情况、瑞格列奈和NPH的用量。结果瑞格列奈联合NPH治疗12周后,空腹血糖、餐后血糖、HbA1c较治疗前显著下降,BM I无明显变化,低血糖发生率低。结论瑞格列奈联合NPH治疗继发性磺脲类失效的2型糖尿病安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of repaglinide and NPH in the treatment of secondary sulphonylureas failure in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 28 cases of type 2 diabetics were given repaglinide and NPH then sulphonylureas were gaven up. FBG ,PBG, HbAl c and BMI were measured before and after treatment for 12 weeks. Results FBG ,PBG,and HbA1c declined significantly,while BMI had no change at 12- week. The frequency of hypoglycemia was low. Conclusion The repaglinide plus NPH in type diabetics with secondary sulphonylureas failure is effective and safe for the glucose control. |
