颞下窝显微解剖

目的 研究颞下窝显微手术解剖。方法 用5个骨性头颅观察骨性构成和孔道关系，10个尸体头颅进行显微镜下解剖获取图像资料。结果 颞下窝与咽旁间隙之间由颈筋膜分隔相对分开。颞下窝主要与咀嚼肌相关，包括咬肌、颞肌、翼内肌和翼外肌，以及上颌动脉和下颌神经分支；咽旁间隙由于茎突及其隔膜的分隔分为茎突前间隙和茎突后间隙，茎突前间隙内有腮腺深叶和茎突前脂肪，茎突后间隙内有颈内动脉、颈内静脉和颈静脉孔神经。结论 颞下窝及其周围区域解剖结构重要，关系复杂，间隙间以筋膜相互分隔。

Microanatomy of infratemporal fossa

Objective To study the microanatomy of infratemporal fossa. Methods 5 skulls examined for canal relationship of infratemporal fossa and 10 cadaver heads dissected step by step under the microscope for photographs. Results The infratemporal fossa is separated by fascia from parapharyngeal space. The infratemporal fossa is related to masticator muscles which include masseter muscle, temporalis muscle, lateral and medial pterygoid muscles, and also branches of internal maxillary artery and mandibular nerve. The parapharyngeal space is divided into prestyloid and poststyloid spaces by styloid process and its diaphragm. Prestyloid fat and deep part of parotid gland are located in the prestyloid space and internal carotid artery, internal jugular vein and nerves of jugular foramen in the poststyloid space. Conclusion The microanatomy around infratemporal fossa is complex, spaces related to the fossa are separated by cervical fascia.
