| 摘 要： | 目的开展出生缺陷干预的优生筛查,了解本地区ToxoIgM、RvIgM、Hcmv-IgM、HsvIgM、G-6-PD缺乏症和地中海贫血的发病情况,并对其干预效果进行评价分析。方法对孕期妇女抽取静脉血,检测ToxolgM、RvlgM、Hcmv-IgM、HsvIgM抗体,进行地中海贫血初筛和葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏筛查,对结果阳性者跟踪随访。结果弓形体感染率0.12%,风疹病毒感染率0.06%,巨细胞病毒感染率0,单纯疱疹病毒感染率0.18%,G-6-PD缺乏症者0.41%,地中海贫血携带者5.69%,有效地预防了先天缺陷儿的出生。结论做好优生筛查,出生缺陷干预效果显著。
