结肠镜下息肉摘除术后发生低血糖的危险因素分析及护理对策

目的探讨结肠镜下息肉摘除术后发生低血糖的危险因素及护理对策。方法选取2018年1—12月在医院消化内科进行结肠镜下息肉摘除术治疗的结肠息肉患者240例为研究对象,观察并记录患者术后低血糖发生情况,术后发生低血糖13例设为病例组,其余227例术后未发生低血糖设为对照组,收集所有患者临床资料并分析低血糖发生的危险因素。结果多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄≥60岁、合并Ⅱ型糖尿病、术前无补液、术前禁食时间≥10 h、术前等待时间≥12 h、术前精神紧张、术前晚睡眠时间<6 h是结肠镜下息肉摘除术后患者发生低血糖的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论结肠镜下息肉摘除术后发生低血糖的危险因素较多,临床可据此通过多种方式进行预防,以降低低血糖发生风险。

Analysis of risk factors of causing hypoglycemia after undergoing colonoscopic polypectomy and its nursing countermeasures

Objective To explore the risk factors of causing hypoglycemia after undergoing colonoscopic polypectomy and its nursing countermeasures.Methods To select 240 cases of patients with colon polyp who underwent colonoscopic polypectomy in the hospital's gastroenterology department from January to December 2018 as the study objects,observe and record the occurrence of postoperative hypoglycemia in the patients.Thirteen cases of hypoglycemia occurred after operation and were set as a case group,and the remaining 227 cases without hypoglycemia after operation were set as a control group.The clinical data of all patients were collected and the risk factors for hypoglycemia were analyzed.Results Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the age≥60 years old,type 2 diabetes,no fluids before surgery,fasting time before surgery≥10 hours,waiting time before surgery≥12 hours,nervousness before surgery,and sleep time before surgery<6 hours were the independent risk factors for hypoglycemia in patients after undergoing colonoscopic polypectomy(P<0.05).Conclusion There were many risk factors for hypoglycemia after colonoscopic polypectomy,and clinical prevention can be carried out in various ways to reduce the risk of hypoglycemia.
