军团菌感染所致肺损伤的调控机制研究进展

摘    要:军团菌感染后可累及下呼吸道造成军团菌肺炎,进展迅速且病死率高。军团菌进入人体后主要寄生于肺泡上皮巨噬细胞中进行增殖,军团菌通过效应蛋白调节宿主细胞的免疫反应及信号传导,并伪装成宿主细胞蛋白来逃逸杀伤作用,对肺部造成损伤。本文将从多个方面对军团菌感染所致的肺损伤机制原理及调控作用的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:Legionella infection affects the lower respiratory tract and causes Legionella pneumonia,with rapid progress and high mortality.After entering the human body,Legionella mainly parasitizes in alveolar pulmonary macrophages to proliferate.Legionella affects the immune response and signal transmission of host cells by effector proteins,disguises as host cell proteins to escape the killing effect and cause damage to the lungs.This article reviews the research progress on the mechanism and regulation of lung injury caused by Legionella infection from various aspects.
