Nurses'cognition of multi-point practice and analysis of practicing willingness in Hebei province grade 3A hospital

Objective To understand the nurses'cognition of multi-point practice and practicing willingness in the top three hospitals of Hebei Province was conducted to provide a reference for the further development of multi-point practice.Methods By using stratified sampling method,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 915 nurses in 4 tertiary hospitals in Hebei Province.Results There were 62.19%of nurses in having the willingness to practice at multiple points,the understanding channels for multipoint practice,the perception of the outside world's evaluation of multipoint practice,and the perception of nurses'prospects for multipoint practice were different,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05),when practicing at multiple points,nurses were most worried about personal safety,and the personal safety of nurses was not guaranteed was the main factor restricting nurses’willingness to practice.Conclusion Most nurses in the top three hospitals supported multipoint practice,it was recommended that relevant departments should improve relevant policies and systems,clarify multi-point practice access standards,improve the medical risk protection system,reform the hospital management model,and provide a strong guarantee for nurses'multi-point practice.
