Risk factors for abnormal blood coagulation in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery during anesthesia

Objective To explore the risk factors of abnormal blood coagulation function during anesthesia in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery and their countermeasures.Methods A total of 115 patients who underwent gynecological laparoscopic surgery admitted to the hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects,and according to whether abnormal coagulation function occurred during anesthesia,they were divided into 45 cases of abnormal coagulation function group and 70 cases of non-coagulation abnormality group to analyze the risk factors of abnormal blood coagulation function during anesthesia in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Results Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the age,psychological stability,anesthesia time,intraoperative fluid supplementation,and total CO₂pneumoperitoneum were the influencing factors of abnormal coagulation function during anesthesia(P<0.05).Conclusion The age,psychological stability,anesthesia time,total CO₂pneumoperitoneum,and intraoperative fluid supplementation were the related factors of abnormal coagulation function during anesthesia.Medical staff should pay attention to body temperature monitoring,and provide countermeasures such as time control of anesthesia,psychological intervention,pneumoperitoneum warming,and all-round body fluid warming to reduce the risk of abnormal blood coagulation and improve the efficacy.
