本体感觉训练干预对肩袖损伤患者术后肩关节功能、生活质量的影响

目的探究自行设计的本体感觉训练干预方案对肩袖损伤患者术后肩关节功能、生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年3月—2020年3月于医院行肩关节镜下肩袖损伤修补术治疗的62例患者为研究对象,按照性别、年龄、病程、受累肩具有可比性的原则分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合本体感觉训练干预方案,比较两组患者术后肩关节功能、生活质量状况。结果干预后,观察组疼痛、功能活动、肩关节活动度、肌力4个维度Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总体健康、生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、活力、社会功能、精神健康、情感职能各维度生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论本体感觉训练干预方案用于肩袖损伤患者术后康复训练,不仅可以有效提升肩关节功能水平,还能显著改善生活质量。

Effect of proprioception training intervention on postoperative shoulder joint function and living quality of patients with rotator cuff injury

Objective To explore the effects of self-designed proprioception training intervention programs on postoperative shoulder joint function and living quality of patients with rotator cuff injury.Methods A total of 62 patients who underwent shoulder arthroscopic rotator cuff injury repair in the hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group,according to the principle of gender,age,course of disease,and comparability of the affected shoulders,with 31 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group combined with proprioception training intervention program on the basis of the control group to compare the postoperative shoulder joint function and living quality of the two groups.Results After the intervention,the Constant-Murley shoulder function scores in the four dimensions of pain,functional activity,shoulder joint mobility,and muscle strength in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the observation group had higher living quality scores in all dimensions of general health,physiological function,physiological role,body pain,vitality,social function,mental health,and emotional function than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of proprioception training intervention program for postoperative rehabilitation training of patients with rotator cuff injury can not only effectively improve the level of shoulder joint function,but also significantly improve the living quality.
