传染病护理人员孤独感与社会支持相关性研究

目的 调查传染病护理人员孤独感与社会支持的状况,了解两者相关性。方法 采用第三版UCLA孤独感量表、社会支持量表对385名传染病护理人员进行问卷调查,Pearson相关分析及简单线性回归分析探讨两者相关性。结果 回收有效问卷332份,孤独感得分(41.06±9.149)分,社会支持总分为(44.00±8.194)分;Pearson分析显示,传染病护理人员的孤独感与社会支持呈负相关(r=-0.512,P＜0.001)。结论 传染病护理人员的孤独感较高,社会支持处于中等水平,孤独感与社会支持具有显著负相关,提高传染病护理人员的社会支持,可降低其孤独感。

Correlation between loneliness and social support of nurses for infectious disease

Objective To investigate the status of loneliness and social support among infectious diseases nurses and to understand the correlation between loneliness and social support.Methods 385 nurses for infectious diseases were investigated by UCLA Scale and SSRS,and the two scales' correlation was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.Results 332 valid questionnaires were collected.The loneliness score was 41.06±9.149.The total score of social support was 44.00±8.194.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the correlation between loneliness and social support was negatively correlated(r=-0.512,P<0.001).Conclusion The loneliness of infectious diseases nursing staffs is serious,the social support of infectious diseases nursing staffs is at a moderate level.The higher the social support of nurses,the lower the social support of nurses,which means higher social support level can effectively alleviate the loneliness.
