脑梗塞恢复期三种治疗方案的成本-效果分析

目的:探讨不同药物治疗方案对脑梗塞恢复期患者的经济效果.方法:选取脑梗塞恢复期患者60例,分为A组(银杏叶提取物,金钠多组)、B组(葛根素组)、C组(血栓通组),分别观察患者肢体功能恢复情况.运用药物经济学成本-效果分析方法进行比较.结果:各方案治疗脑梗塞恢复期总有效率基本相同,单位效果所需成本分别为36.22元、25.84元、19.21元;在B组的基础上,A组和C组增加单位效果所需成本分别为204.05元、-568.32元.结论:B组有效率较高且所需成本最低.因此,血栓通是最为合理的治疗方案.

Cost- effectiveness Analysis of Three Pharmacotherapeutic Schemes for Cerebral Infarction of Early Recovery Phase

Objective:To discuss the economic effects of different pharmacotherapeutic schemes for cerebral infarction of early recovery phase, Methods:The clinical data of 60 cases of cerebral infarction of early recovery phase were collected and divided into three groups,that was,group A(Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract,Ginaton),group B(Puerarin),and group C(Panax Notoginseng Preparation,Xueshuantong),The recovery degree of limb function was observed,Data were evaluated using the pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis,Results:The effective rate of three schemes was similar with each other,and the cost was 36.22,25.84,19.21 yuan,respectively,for increasing 1% effective rate,On the basis of group B,group A and C cost 204.05,-568.32 yuan,respectively,for increasing 1% effective rate,Conclusion:The effective rate of group B was highest,but its cost was lowest,So the use of Xueshuantong is most reasonable,
