24例桥小脑角占位病变的脑干听觉诱发电位分析

摘    要:为探讨脑诱发电位的临床应用,本文对24例桥小脑角占位病变(其中20例为听神经瘤)患者的脑干听觉诱发电位进行了分析。结果表明:桥小脑角占位病变患者听觉诱发电位改变大致可有:1、全部波形缺失。2、部分波形缺失。3、波峰间期延长。结果提示早期患者听觉诱发电位异常仅表现在患侧,其改变程度似与肿物所在部位有关而与肿物大小无明显关系。因此脑干听觉诱发电位检查可作为桥小脑角占位特别是听神经瘤的早期诊断方法之一。

Abstract:In order to study the clinical applications of brainstem auditory evoked potentials(BAEP),the findings of 24 patients of the tumors of cerebellopontine angls(20 with acoustic neuromas)were studied. The abnormal BAEP showed:(1)The loss of all waves:(2)The absence of the partial waves;and(3)The markedly prolongated int- erwave separations.Results also indicated that the early abnormality of BAEP is found on the sides of the tumor and its extent seems to be related to the positon of the tumor rather than the size.So BAEP may be regarded as one of the useful routine tests for screening aco- ustic neuromas.
